Casey also competed as a martial artist at the professional level. With his background as an athlete and experience coaching for nearly two decades, he brings a unique understanding to the details and mindset his clients and athletes need to optimize their performance.
George has 12+ years of experience working with the human performance community. He coaches and works with a wide range of individuals with specialties ranging from traditional strength and conditioning, weightlifting, strength sports, functional fitness sports, endurance sports (short to ultra distance), combat sports, tactical professionals (operation readiness, selection preparation, and military endurance events - Best Ranger and Recon Challenge) and youth sports performance to the general population.
